FREE DESIGNING & MOCKUPS
Patterns are designed according to required sizes and designs, each article has a different pattern, they are designed with accuracy and precision.
Pattern Making
Before bulk production, we get your approval by making sample and ship it to you. Once approved we move to the next step.
Pre-Production Sample
Fabric is sourced from most reliable and fabric suppliers. The fabric is stored in the fabric store in racks. Fabric inspection is done it to cutting department.
Material & Fabric Sourcing
After sourcing, the fabric is cut down into pieces according to the patterns. After that, these pieces have printing or embroidery on them by our customers.
Cutting & Printing Process
Vinyl Printing, Embroidery, Custom design’s Custom design’s , logo , picture as per logo , picture as per Sublimation Printing available, Custom design’s , logo , picture as per customer’s requirement.
CUSTOM VINYL PRINTING
Cut panels are then sewed together and the design finally comes to life. After that, all items are carefully inspected to ensure the highest quality standards so that we can remain one of the manufacturer
Sewing & Quality Check
After that all items are pressed, tags are installed on them and after that they are packed in poly bags. Finally, all items get packed in carton and are finally shipped using reliable delivery services.
